MORSA Homes exists to provide homes to families who need an opportunity in life. So when you sell your house to us, you become a part of their story!
We realize many people in our San Antonio community cannot immediately qualify for a traditional mortgage, so we offer homes to our tenants with our "Rent with the Opportunity to Buy" program.
We are committed to the principle of "love thy neighbor" in every step we take, and we live every day with this in mind.
There are so many hard working families who just need a ”second chance“ in life, so it's our mission to make their dream come true!
