After identifying a house we would like to purchase, we require funds to acquire and renovate the property. This is where you come in!
We would then request funds from you either personally or from your self-directed IRA.
Then, from the day we receive your funds, you start earning interest and will receive monthly payments, with no further involvement on your part.
No tenants to deal with, no toilets to fix, no evictions to worry about – you just get to enjoy your hands off passive income!
SAFE, SECURE AND BACKED BY REAL ESTATE
Every loan you make to us will be secured by a tangible asset – the property itself which includes the house and land. And we always close at a reputable title company, guaranteeing clear title.

Also, for every loan you make to us, you will receive the following important documents:
• Real Estate Lien Note
A promissory note with details of the terms of your loan on the property

• Deed of Trust
A legally binding document which is notarized and recorded at our local courthouse
​
• Hazard Insurance on the property
This protects you from financial loss of your loan
